We are in contact with TestWe to solve the problem. Don't worry, the test is saved on your computer. If you have already sent the file to suporte@testwe.eu, according to the procedure sent to you, you don't need to do anything else at this point. The status change in the application is not automatic, so don't worry - the status will be updated soon. You don't need to send emails to keep track of your status. As EUQ keeps track of all cases, we won't let any exams go unsent. The important thing now is to wait for us to contact you, as the information will be sent as it becomes available.
