If you have any questions regarding the TestWe app, difficulties in taking the mock tests or downloading the exam, please contact TestWe support via the chatbot at https://support.testwe.eu/pt/, following the schedule published in the public notice: https://euq.sbq.org.br/chamadasi.php. The deadline for questions and troubleshooting requests is May 12. 2026.

In agreement with item 3.7 of the Call:
"3.7. Any issues related to the configuration of the equipment used by the applicant, as well as the functioning of the TestWe application, must be addressed exclusively with TestWe's technical support(https://support.testwe.eu/pt/), at any stage of the exam (before, during, or after the application).
3.7.1. On the day of the exam, contact with TestWe support must be made by phone at +55 11 4395-4969, which will be available starting at 1:00 p.m. (Brasília time)."
