Highlights


To take the EUQ, the candidate must provide a suitable place to take the test and make sure that:

a) your electronic device (computer) meets the following basic technical requirements: macOS 15 (or later) operating system; Windows 10 (or later version);
b) your electronic device (computer) has data processing capacity equal to or greater than the capacity of an Intel core i5 processor;
c) your electronic device (computer) has a random memory (RAM) capacity of at least 4 GB (8 GB recommended);
d) your electronic device (computer) has 2 Gb of free hard disk space;
e) your electronic device (computer) has external or built-in webcam, microphone, and administrator permission to install the security app.

It is the responsibility of the candidates to provide internet connection service with a minimum speed of 2 Mbps (megabits per second).
The candidate is fully responsible for ensuring the appropriate equipment and the quality of the internet connection to carry out the knowledge test with the platform that will be used for the exam. If the candidate is unable to take or complete the test due to external technical problems, either due to hardware and/or software incompatibilities that compromise the candidate's device connection during the exam, a new knowledge test will not be applied.
